Well, I don’t really know how she’s doing, she takes her meds fine and has been eating ok. Its no fun having a sick turtle everything sucks. Its hard watching her suffer and dragging her self around. She is being dry docked all day every day, (the expiation of feeding 20 minute max). One concern is she hasn’t been very active the first week she was fine basking and all but now she sleeps all day in a blanket when I take her out to give her medicine she takes a bit to open her eyes only opening one a few minutes later the other. She has to have another vet visit 1st week of February.

It's possible that being out of the water for all day is causing her eyelids to be come dry, when is making them more difficult to open. She has to stay out of the water all day every day except for one 20-minute feeding period? If this is what your vet said, follow it. I have to say, though that that sounds like a rather short time to be with water every day. Perhaps you could at least mist her down lightly with some comfortably warm water periodically. She still eats well when she's put in water to feed?
