He has flab hanging over the side of his shell! he swims just fine and isn't lazy. I'm just worried about him. :cry:

Is that your turtle in your avatar? If you mean the skin from his neck hanging over his shell, that doesn't necessarily mean he's fat. Can you post a better picture of him?

What do you feed him? How often and how much at a feeding? For a turtle his size he doesn't need to eat pellets every day. Does he eat veggies/plant matter?

My camras broke but thats not him anyway thats izzy shes fine, hes the sneaky eater its just that when he basks it drapes over the side of his shell by his back legs. do you know any good ways to get them fit?

Ive been starting to feed him sepretly so he doesn't get more than my other turtle. so i think he may be back on the right track.

I've noticed that females get those "love handles" between the rear legs and the center of the shell......

yeah that's war it is dobyou know how to get rid of it is wat I'm doing ok to get him back on the right track.
