how my times do turtles shed?

should I continue to put lotion on it or no?

Do baby Res shed also or no?

Is there a basking platform that is easy to climb on? i think so.
What kind is it or what is it made out of? its a bridge
Is there a UVB light? yes

What have you been trying to feed it? i fed them pellets thats all.
When was the last time your turtle ate? in the afternoon

How big is the tank/pond/enclosure? 10 galions
Is the tank near a window? yes
Is the tank in a room with a lot of activity? yes

Have you read the Basic Care section? yes

Is there any other unusual activity/symptoms? nope not that i know of.

It sounds like your turtle set up is missing a few essential things.
Water quality is VERY important. Without adequate filtration or correct water temps your turtles can fall ill. You need to get a thermometer to see what your water temp is and then get a heater to keep things at a steady 75-78F.

As for your shell questions if the "lotion" you're referring to is "vitashell" stop using it. It prevents the shell from growing properly and will cause problems for your turtle. Turtles shed shell scutes as they grow. So, younger turtles who grow faster will shed more frequently than adult turtles. In order to encourage proper shedding, the turtle needs to have a good basking area with the correct temps so that they will bask enough.

In order to have healthy turtles you need a proper set up. The sooner you can improve yours, the healthier your turtles will be.
