Hi i know the question is wierd but i'm not too sure, so if anyone could tell me the answer, that would be great!

Yes. Females can and will lay eggs even if they've never come into contact with a male turtle. The eggs obviously won't be viable, but you'll still need to provide an appropriate nest site for the female to lay eggs. Here's a link on egg laying and nest sites:
