So that means she's a male without a doubt, right?

If she is a male, I'll re-name her Tommy or something. But now I cant call her baby-girl anymore :(

I guess you're stuck with it. :) That's a definite no doubt male sign. Congratulations on your cute Tommy boy. :D

Look at it this way. You won't have to worry about eggs.

Thanks for the replies :D

I'm just not used to looking at him and calling him baby boy

He has these big sad eyes that made him look really girly lol.

I guess I'm gonna have to get used to it. Thanks again everyone:D

Are you sure he was "fanning" and not "fluttering"? Fluttering is where they stick their front feet out and make them vibrate. Both males and females do it. Fanning is a male showing his privates.

Yes ,Tommy was fanning, not fluttering. I kinda scared me when it happened the...thing...looked like it was half the size of her shell, and was dark, dark brown. She looked like she was in a lot of pain...

why do they fan? Cozmo fans a lot... really freaks guests out, especially when I tell them what it is they are looking at.

Why do little boys like to run around with their underpants off? I think sometimes you just have to let it all hang out! Heehee!

Not to be lewd, but is it possible that they are masturbating? Usually when Cozmo fans he is resting on the bottom of the tank and will bend his hind legs around his "stuff" and kinda rock back and forth on the rocks. If he catches me watching he quickly swims off like nothing was happening and kicks the stuff back in his tail... I'm not joking! I have heard of iguanas masturbating before, so why not turtles eh?
