I saw a little white turtle shaped Sulfa block at the store made by Tetra...Does anyone use these?? I only have a 10 gallon tank (too small I know) with a little water...Will this help or hurt my little friends??

Is there anything wrong with your turtle that would need treatment? If so, you need to deal with it with the appropriate action, whether that is improving the habitat, changing the diet, or seeking veterinary help.
The sulfa blocks are not recommended because while they're too low dose to be effective they can make turtles' immune to actual sulfa treatments.
It sounds like you need to focus on giving your turtles a better set up.
A ten gallon with a few inches of water isn't a good tank.
