yeah so basically i've noticed rolo basking and sleeping a lot more lately. she'll take up to four naps a day ( at least and thats only what i;ve seen) the temperatures outside the building have dropped into the thirties but her air temp is 90 and i try to keep her water at around 78 and it never drops below 75.. so i was just wondering if perhaps its just the time of the year casuing a slow down? she eats just fine so i don't know :/

It can happen, I believe it happens to one of Grey Goose's RES.

My turts eating habits change a bit when the weather gets cooler. Their internal clocks do respond to seasonal changes.

Yeah,I think it can.They could be like me.The colder it gets the more I want to just cuddle up with a blanket,be warm,and take a little nap!(LOL!):D
