I think my two turtles are males......and when they flutter they tend to snap at each other. i was wondering if i should seperate them or what else? just in case it can get worse cuz one snapped at the other and took off skin gave him a scab

First, separate them immediately. Yes, it will get worse and one may die. Turtles just don't get along, even though we are lead to believe it.

Second, if the second one was injured, you should remove it and dry off the injury. Apply a little Neosporin or otherwise antibacterial cream, let it completely dry, and then put him back in the water. It will help it heal.
