In December I will be putting in my new Pond. In my old Pond I have my 8" F RES. She has lived with hatchlings before and was not agressive to my knowlegde. The reason I will be renovating the Pond is because I plan on putting my Juvenile Belize Slider in the pond as well. Is their a good way at going at this. Like should I introduce both of the turtles to the new habitat at the same time so neither has dominance?

I believe that is the best way. Introducing them both to the new environment at the same time should reduce territorial aggression. Of course, you'll want to keep an eye out for it.

But the problem is that I can't just put my belize, a tropical turtle out in 60 Degree weather.

Wait, if you can't put your Belize out in the 60 degree weather, when will he be introduced? Will he only be residing there part of the year?

The best way is to put them both into a larger-than-needed (200+ gallon) environment at the same time, that way, as you said, neither will have dominence.
