ohmygosh: Seriously, I don't mean to be rude, but the algae is a symptom of your tank being far too small. If you had a suitable sized tank, the algae would not be a problem.

nothing bad. green algae isn't bad... just annoying to look at.

Bigger tank, better filter would help with that slime problem...
