kind of hard to tell. it almost looks like she is trying to start shedding though.

She is definitely in need of a shed as shown by how jagged her bottom row of scutes are. It looks like she's retaining scutes.
What are you feeding her and does she have UVB lighting? Both a good, balanced diet and UVB lighting will help her shed. Foods that are high in vitamin E are good- things like apple peel and blueberries.

just keep her on a good diet. whatever you do dont try and pull any of the scutes off. they will fall off on their own

It looks to me like her vertebral and marginal scutes are going to come off soon. I think it looks like the scute has an air bubble under it as they loosen. It takes forever for some of them to fall off though!
