I've never heard of it. Is it a water conditioner? Where did you get it?

Something myvet gave me to put on her shell. But my vet was not too good so I am not too sure .

It sounds like it's probably similar to vita shell. I wouldn't use anything that would clog up the shell.
Why did the vet give it to you? Is your turtle having fungal or shell rot issues?
If everything is fine with the shell, I'd leave it alone.

If you do a search, you'll see it seems to be some kind of antimicrobial that can be used to alleviate topical pain. One of the ingredients is aloe vera...

I would think a good habitat, plenty of basking under a UVB and heat light, a good diet and time would take care of those spots better than at cream would.
