It is a pain to keep taking them outside and bringing them back in if you have a busy life. The alternative is to get a good indoor UVB bulb. The exo terra bulb mentioned above is good and it isn't too expensive. You can get it mail order from lots of places - I'd shop around for a good price. You can use a clamp light fixture from a hardware stores or home improvement place like Lowes. Again, the fixtures are not expensive.
