If i let my friend borrow my python syhpon on his turtle tank, and then i use it on mine. could i transfer disease :O

I wonder exactly the same thing. I rinse all my stuff in between turtles.
You could run the python through with hot water (just back into the sink). You could even throw in a little vinegar. I think though if it has a chance to dry completely there's little chance of disease transfer...

I agree with bulldog. If your friend's turtle has any sign of illness, I would rinse the python out just to be sure. But you shouldn't worry.
