none are.

haha. I haven't ever seen a list but from the care sheets ive read about various different species, they all seem to require the same amount of care. I personally don't think its hard. As long as you have your initial habitat set up correctly and maintain proper living conditions, its not too hard IMHO.
2 1/2 inch RES Mikey
55 gallon tank
Homebuilt sump filter at around 300 gph
3 African Chiclids in a separate tank.

got to agree with grem.

after setting up the habitat, there isn't much else to it.
just keeping up with the feedings, cleaning the tank whenever you prefer, and switching the filter media and lightbulbs.

that sounded like a lot, but I think it's easy haha

There is an answer to your question... what type of turtle is easiest to take care of:

ANSWER: MALE TURTLES!

With female turtles you are dealing with nesting, egg laying (you know they do that even if there isn't a male present!!) Plus, if they don't like how you decorate the tank, a female RES will redecorate!

I don't know how many times I have come home, and found plants floating on top of the water, the rocks pushed to one side of the tank, or the barge moved closer to her bubbles (the filter).

Trust me, like humans, males are easier.
THANKS!
