Looks like she's getting ready to shed. It also looks like the scutes may be retained a bit. Just make sure she's got a basking area with proper lighting, and you can give her some foods high in vitamin E, like sweet potato, apple peel, or blueberry.

I remember your posts before about her and you said you weren't exactly sure if you had a UVB bulb or not. You need to make sure your lighting situation is taken care of. But to me it just looks like some scutes ready to shed off. Which is good. Just keep an eye on any abnormal behavior or any bad odors. Odors usually mean some fungal situation. If those scutes don't shed for a while though it could get funky underneath which could lead to infections. keep an eye on it to see if it lifts more and more.

3 African Chiclids in a separate tank.
What do you do if your turtle won't eat vitamin E foods? I can't afford blue berrys, but my RES looks similar. He won't eat sweet potato (yes, i steamed it, he sniffed it, and went back to begging) and he won't touch apple peel either, or rather he does touch it, but spits it right back out. He has no trouble eating other veggies, but won't eat any of those Vitamin E rich foods. Are there any other Vitamin E rich foods that are good for turtles?
she has been eating sweet potato once a week now (she would love to have it everyday but I couldn't let her coz it has a lot of sugar).
I have UVB neon and she always has daytime walk (that's what I like to call it when I let her walk around under the sun).
so...so far I don't need to be worried right? not untill it start to smell funny?
Rosepruner>> Put her under strict diet!! at least that worked with kame. when kame still hate veggie, I only put veggie in her tank till she finally eat it. but I still gave her small portion of pellet everynight so that she won't be too suprise with the all veggie in the daytime.
