I need to transport one of my turtles (about 3" long) over a long distance (about 7 hours in a car.) What would be the best way to do this?

Edit: I have read the article, forgot to post that.

I just use a box with a towel folded. Put the turtle in the towel and keep it inside.
I build acrylic ATBAs.

You can transport one by keeping it in a plastic container with the top open in a wet towel. Make sure it keeps warm. I have transported several cross country several times. Make sure they have been fed the day before and kept wet and warm in a towel m.
