Hi everyone
So all winter Ichigo has been acting like she is in hibernation, barely eating, barely moving, I kept trying to figure out if she was sick but she really didn't have any other symptoms and I had a feeling she might just know it's winter and that it's time to lay low.
The past few days have been warm enough that I could take her outside for real sun and a walk and now she is back to herself again. Even when I only take her out of her tank to walk around inside, she goes straight for the low window that she can see out from.
She is back to eating and basking too.
We are really going to try to figure out an outdoor area for her for the summer since she obviously loves it so much out there.
Just wanted to give an update for those of you who have been following her since last year. My camera broke but when it is fixed I'll take pictures of her.

So she's a sun lover. Nothing is better for a RES than natural sunshine. I hope you're able to work out an outdoor area for her. I know you'll be careful about ants, dogs and cats, pesticides and fertilizers, sharp things, escape routes and you'll provide shade for her for when she gets too hot.
