I have had my 2 res for over a year now and had them since they were babies. They have not reached 4 inches yet. David is 3&1/2 inches and Johan is just over 3 inches. Should I still be feeding them daily or should it be every other day now because they are past 1 year?

At that size, it's your call whether to feed them daily or every other day. Regardless of how often you choose to feed pellets, you should still be feeding vegetables every day.
You can always offer a little more than a "headful" for the two days time and wean the amount down gradually from one headful a day to a half headful a day.

Jp-08 & meg-mod - It is your call. I started feeding mine everyother day at about that size. The same amount, but every other day. Give it a try and see. They will be begging no matter how you feed them. m.

Its true. No matter what day it is as soon as their light goes on in their tank they want to eat and will not stop trying to get me until i feed them. Thats why I feel bad feeding them every other day but know that I have to do it eventually.
