Anyone know anything about them. There was an ad in our free press someone has to get rid of theirs was thinking about taking it. What do you need for them? The ad said he had a cage for it but he hasnt called me back to get more info. Are they easier or harder then sliders? Any info would be great
There are nine species of Asian box turtles. Its helpful to know which one but my guess would be the malaysian box turtle being the most common because the others are basically rare turtles.
They fall under much harder to care for then sliders. Habitats are not to close at all.
They require land and water habitats. High water temps, and humidity.
I have ONE .. Malayan Box Turtle or Cuora Amboinensis and yes so far she is easy to take care
Owh ya, in my country where petstore sells its label with Asian Box Turtle. So is there any possibility you have the Malayans one? or maybe others type..
