i went to the vet today and he gave me some needles and antibiotics for me to inject in my turtle under her arm, he did the first time, but it looks so painful for my turtle, im so nervous? tomorrow im going to have to do it by myself, does it hurt my turtle really bad? she was so quiet when we were on the car ride back

What are these injections for? Would you be able to ask the vet to observe you while you did an injection?

the injections are for RI, and yes i should be able to, but im not able to go back there, i got a ride from a friend to the vet this time..so i have to do this by myself

They are NEEDED shots, and you are doing the right thing. It hurts everyone to get shots.

Your turtle will only hurt of a couple minutes, and then, be fine. Just think about how you get shots. They hurt for the 1 second it takes, and then it goes away.

You should be brave. Im sure you will do fine. Just remember what the vet said, and everything will be fine. Good luck. :)
