Taking care of your turtle's overall health.

Hi,

Harriett appears to be shedding her skin. I see pieces of it floating around her neck and feet. Is this normal?

I'm worried....

Thanks

Christina

Sounds like it. Shedding skin looks white, thin, and wispy as it floats around.

Thanks so much for the quick replies!

I was planning on staying up until someone responded just to make sure that she was okay.

It is amazing how quickly they become such a big part of your world.
