I had a question about the forum, but I wasnt able to post in the Help section as it is for moderators. Are the general sections of this forum just for RES? Or other turtles as well? I know there is a section for tortoises. Sorry if this isn't where this thread belongs. I didn't know where else to put it.

You can post questions about other aquatic turtles here. We're specifically an RES site, but we do what we can to help out with other types of aquatic turts. If it's a tortoise question though, post it in the tortoise section.

If your question is about an aquatic turtle, you can ask it on this thread instead of starting a new one.

Poo-poo -- I cannot answer your questions directly, but, what I have found isthat most that have sliders use this forum. I have painted, yellow bellies and red ears. There are other species that are discussed, but mostly sliders. Maybe one of the moderators can cast more light on this subject.
