I am trying to get Scooby shipped from Hawaii to California. The airlines don't allow it and the only suggestion I've had is UPS! Has anyone had success with this?? Please let me know how to pack him for this trip.

I have gotten turtles UPSed, even big ones that size. Put damp paper towels in a box and sat him in. No food or water. And get the fastest delivery choice, overnight air in most situations. Mine actually came with a handler. From inside my state it cost 22.95 to ship a 6 inch RES and I got him in less than 24 hours. Make sure they label the box live animal and special treatment will be given. Trust me, they dont know what kind of animal is in the box all they know is if it dies they could be liable so they give extra special care.
