I heard from a lot of post say that RES only eat in water and poop in water. But my Bei Bei he is 9cm now and he poop on land sometime... after he finish eating he will poop after like 5min and after that I let him walk around the house for like 20min, and sometime he will poop again on dry land... is that weird..?

no it's not weird. They poop everywhere they like. They can't eat on land because they need water to swallow their food.

All of my turtles pooped on the dock when they got diaherra(can't spell).
They got it from when I fed them too much Romain Lettace.
