General Care Discussion :: Trip time!

Okay so here's the deal,

We are travelling this weekend. We leave today at about four or five, and don't arrive home again untill sunday morning, or possibly monday morning. What would be best for my turtle Niko? Should I just take him with me so that I know he won't starve? Or should I feed him today before I leave and will he be okay till sunday or monday morning? Or try to get someone to go over and feed him, even though I can't find anyone that would?

Any suggestions or comments, critisim, anything is greatly appreciated. I thank you guys for all your wise knowledge!~

For a 2/3 day trip, he should be fine. You could feed him a bit more before you go and/or leave some extra lettuce in the tank. Put the lights on timers. Have a nice trip.

yeah 2-3 days should be too much for the turtles to handle, I usually leave water lettuce in my tank so that feeds them ^__^
