General Care Discussion :: My turtle not pooping!!!

My turtle has not been pooping for a week since we came back from the vet.
Last week, she was inactive,doing excessive basking, not eating and pooped blood diarrea, so i took her to the vet and found out she's got parasites in her body. So my turtle was given a shot and fed medicine for 5 days. She eats again, and is energetic now.
But I haven't seen a trace of poop in the tank after we got back from the vet, why is that?
Is there a way I can induce her to poop?

and she used to sleep with her head sticking out of the shell, but these two days, she started to keep her head in the shell while asleep, is this normal? should i be concerned?

She's kept in the sink?

Sounds like she's gone through a lot. She might be eating it, sometimes I don't see poop in the tank for days either... sometimes I'll see it a couple times a day.

A warm water soak might help... around 82-85F.
