Im not sure if she sleeps in her tank but she's surely sleeping now(on the floor under a towel). Is it ok to leave her out of the tank at night so she can rest? is it warm enough if i have on a space heater in the room. I keep the apt temp at about 75 when im sleeping. Is that too cold?

75F is ok, but this should not be done regularly. You should also have area blocked off for her, so she won't get away.

I think 75F is fine as long as there are no breezes or cool drafts that the turtle could be exposed to.

I would still be worried, mainly because of what Steve said. I can keep the temperature of my apartment 75 degrees, but, it's a poorly insulated place and thus, we have drafts that we have to block off with tape and weather stripping. It would be wise to fill a medium sized, plastic bottle with warm (but not scoldingly hot) water for your turtle to cozy up to.
