If the room temperature is around 75, it should be OK with the heater.

Rather than that heater/fan or a bottle of water, I'd put a light over her for warmth. Rather than that bowl of water with food in it, I'd keep the whole are dry and take her out periodically to be put in water to get hydrated and fed, especially if you're going to dry dock her for a long period of time.

i only dry dock her at night while im sleep. she doesnt even move out of her spot. and i thought turts needed a day/night cycle. if i have the light on at night she'd get no rest. i dont wanna be up every couple hours to put her in water...then i wouldnt get any rest :/

Yes, this is true---no light should be on during the night, unless an infrared light were on for warmth (doesn't disturb the sleep cycle.) If it were during the day, a light for warmth would be good.
