General Care Discussion :: Last piece of the puzzle

After re-homing Miss Tee, I got her a larger tank, a floating dock, a UVB bulb, a UVA basking bulb/fixture (I already had a good fillter) and finally finances opened up a little and I could get her a heater.
She was at 71 degrees before--now she is at 78. I've noticed MUCH more swiming and activity. (Eating has never been a problem!)

I believe that with this good care and diet her shell and general health will gradually improve. Of course, compared to the pics I see on this forum, her tank is pretty noobie/sparse. But that'll change over the coming months. The important thing is that she's all set up properly at last.

Congrats on getting the final piece! I keep pretty bare tanks, makes cleaning so much easier. I am tempted to add sand as a substrate, but am in no rush.

My thoughts exactly..the more I add, the more I'll have to clean. As it is-the water is crystal clear.(and warm)
