General Care Discussion :: Shell Rot? Calcium build up?

I'm not to familiar with shell rot nor calcium build up, so I would like to get everyone's opinion on this. I have used diluted Hibiclens just in case it is shell rot, but how long will I have to keep them "dry docked" before I can put them back in the water? How often do I use Hibiclens?

Here are my 4 babies. The smallest one is about 2 years old, but when I first got him I wasn't too informed about turtles so I had him in a 10 gallon tank; he is my original.

The tank is plain at the moment but I will be upgrading the tank size. I currently have a approx 30 gallon tank.
