I think it's edema as well. Which means you need to find a vet immediately. To avoid this happening again your res needs to be kept in the proper conditions. She needs a big tank with a filter. She also needs a basking area with a uvb light and a heat emitting light over the basking area. She will also need a heater for the water. Here is a link for basic res care. Please help me,my father go to a vet and tell me to put my turtle in the sun,make it drink oil by opening his mouth.
He did not have the medicine there but can someone tell me what is the name of medicine for diseases edema.
I watch my turtle carefully and it seem it have difficult to breathe.Today i put him in the sun for 40mins,i do not tried to make it drink the oil,can someone advise me .

Is the oil an antibiotic? There is many causes for edema. Only the vet can tell you why your turtle has edema and what medicines to give. To make him drink the oil put it in a dropper and try to get him to bite it. Then squeeze the oil in his mouth.

What kind of conditions has that turtle been living in and what has the diet been? She (I assume) looks bloated like she's retaining water, which, among other things could be a sign of kidney disease. She needs to be seen by a herp vet ASAP. Do not force her to drink oil.

She(turtle)is still not eating nothing,you tell me that she retaining water,thus it good that the vet tell me to put in the sun but since 4 days i put it the sun,nothing has change.my father buy a medicine at the pharmacy,3 medicine to dissolve in water and put in a syringe to put it in the mouth of my turtle.Medicine :CHYMORAL PLUS.
Then if she is retaining water,do i need to put it in the sun more long time,for how many hours and at what time ??
I has put it in the sun for 1 hour at 3p.m to 4p.m
since two days i give him the medicine but nothing has change.
Can someone help me,i search eveywhere there is no herp vet,please reply quick.

If you are certain there is no herp vet, then I would look for local turtle keepers, enthusiasts, zoos, recuses or rehabbers for any assistance. Check other turtle forums, mailing lists... there might be someone who can help there too.

Your vet can answer the question about what is wrong with your turtle. You can start with having clean water at about 75 to 77f with basking area at about 90 to 91 degrees with uvb lighting. I would not wait too long to see a vet as the fat or swelling may be cutting off the ability to swollow or eat, but, let you vet tell what to do. VET!
