General Care Discussion :: Turtle shedding?

I'm sorry for asking but my turtle Charlie hasn't shed any scutes that I could tell in the 8 months since I found him. What does shedding look like/entail? I will post pics later.

Scutes shedding will have a golden appearance, which is due to air between the layers. As long as your turtle is basking, has UVB and a good diet/habitat then you just need to wait
