General Care Discussion :: Raid sprayed near turtle supplies

So I ventured into the kitchen this morning to discover that my husband sprayed raid near the sink to get some flying ants (we get infested a couple times a year, they suck). I happened to have some of my turtles supplies over there. A shoe box sized rubbermaid container for holding turtle during water changes and the little net I use to scoop out extra food. I'm not sure the stuff actually got anything on them, but I don't have my hopes up. Is there any way to clean this and it be safe for my little guy? Or should I replace this stuff?

A thorough rinsing and airing out should be fine, though those items are inexpensive to replace if you choose too.

Me? I'd just replace them. It's one thing when you get bleach on something, because bleach can be rinsed off. But Raid? Too dangerous.

Yeah. I figured they are cheap. I'll just get a new net. The container is going through the dishwasher and will be used for something else. I'll switch it out with one not sprayed down with raid.
Wish my husband would have moved the stuff because it's just a pain, but oh well, at least the ants are no more.

Husbands... they always try to be helpful and end up making a huge mess instead.
