General Care Discussion :: AC dun Broke

So apparently yesterday afternoon our AC went out. I pulled an all nighter yesterday for a test today. So I just got back a few hours ago. It's now back on but being off forever the place has turned into an oven. Right now the aquarium topped out at 89 degrees. It's probably going to be a slow fall.

Is there anything that I should worry about? I know that's way above the recommended temp.

A fan blowing over the top of the water can help cool it faster, I'm not sure what else you could do besides dry dock him until the temp goes back down. You can use frozen water bottles, but it can make the water temp change quickly and/or unevenly.

I think he will be fine though, it's only about 10 degrees too high... like a basking temp.

Nothing to worry about, a slow drop is probably a good thing.
