Letting my mom take care of baby peanut today this should be intresting Im such a dork check out what i did to to make it easy for her to feed peanut. And left her a note on when to turn off the basking light

Total dork right. Measured out peanuts food for everyday so that way when i go to orange county shes able to do it

yea he doesnt beg he doesnt like anyone watching when he eat so i just put the food in and leave the room

Haha My turtle had a mini-excursion to my In-law's because I needed someone to look after her for about a week. I gave specific instructions to feed every other day, and my Father-in-law decided that wasn't enough food and fed her EVERYTIME she begged. Needless to say she came back heftier, and her begging was outta control for the 1st few days at home. :lol:

I spoiled my turtle when he first came. I felt bad for him because my dog was attacking him in the driveway. That's how I got him. He had about 2 weeks of all the food he wanted until I found this forum. Unless you have a begging turtle you'd never imagine one.
