Hello

I'd like to learn about hibernation and what requirements my turtles and I have to meet to do it successfully.

How and when does hibernation start.
Where do I keep them and for how long.
Do I have to check on them often and all other important things to know.

And can I expect to have hatchlings after hibernation and what month do they hatch?

i dont know anything about hibernation, but has anyone ever told you that you look exactly like that guy from Jeepers Creepers? lol sorry off topic i know but i couldnt resist

Turtles will lay eggs with out hibernation. Just betters the chances that they will if they are put through hibernation

Certain species of turtles/tortoises require hibernation but RES do not.

Just 1 more thing as I was reading about nesting areas, I read they can be gravid without female but eggs are not fertilized.

I'm not sure if I understand but does that mean eggs will be empty if there is no presence of male turtle.

Just like chickens. Don't need a male to lay eggs, their bodies constantly produce them and they have to release them.
