Got three turtles. The biggest is becoming agressive toward the other two. Any way to calm her down? Can I just put a divider up to separate them?

There is usually little that can be done to make them get along. You can use a divider. Do you feed in their tank? Are you sure she's not responding to being harassed herself?

I'm 99% sure she's the jerk lol. Where would I get some sort of divider?

They have plexiglas dividers in fish stores or you could create your own. You could try using egg crate also, but your turtles might try to climb it.
