Hey y'all,
I tried to clean Tammy off the other day with a toothbrush. Needless to say, she didn't like it, hissing and snapping at the toothbrush. I stopped, rinsed her off and put her back in the aquarium. Now, she hardly basks and sits in the middle of the tank looking away from both me and my GF. Any suggestions on how to make her feel better? I got her some turtle treats! She looked like she had some reddish stuff on her shell which is why we tried to clean it. Some of it came off on the toothbrush but since she got upset I stopped cleaning her.
