does any one have a res that eats peble size gravel.
should i be consirned?

Yes, it is fairly commonly talked about here and this is why people do not recommend using rock smaller than their head size.

You need to remove all small rocks/gravel from the tank and either leave the bottom of the tank bare, or replace it with larger river rocks. If your turtle has ingested some of these small rocks he may require surgery if they do not pass. In extreme cases, it has been documented that RES have died due to eating small gravel and it not passing from their system.

BTW, you shouldn't double post the same question. If you created two by accident, just ask a mod to remove one of them. :)
