recently my turtle is being stubborn and tries to climb onto the turtle dock from the other side instead of the side with the slope, of course, several time he didn't succeed and he fell off upside down and then quickly did a flip back, he seems fine but I don't know if there's some water goes in his body like that, is he going to be fine? :(

Turtle sure is stubborn animal :(

mine do that all the time. Not sure why they won't take the easy way.

In the morning when I come in to turn their lights on, they'll get up on the dock and try to climb the walls to get to me. They get up on their hind legs so high that they fall over. Sometimes they land upside down on the dock, sometimes upside down in the water. No harm done.

Turtles are tough lil buggers so don't worry about him :-)

The two I have are constantly wanting to do things the hard way. They can easily climb on top of a plant...nope, they have to fight and wedge themselves for 20 minutes scarring the beejeebees out of me to get to the top, get wedged and watch everyone. Same with the basking spot, etc. Determined lil buggers.

yes yes turtles are very determined. Mine doesn't get on the dock throught the slope either, he tires every lil side of the dock, falls on his back, tries again, till he finally reaches the slope area.
