i have a repti glow 2.0 64w i am geting a repti glow 5.0 64w is that better to get cuss it will give more uvb?

A 5.0 would be better. I'm not sure which brands are using 64W though... are sure it's a Repti Glo?

yes its Exo Terra Repti-Glo 5.0 Compact Fluorescent Tropical Terrarium Lamp the others the same only 2.0

i also am getting Zoo Med ReptiCare Ceramic Infrared Heat Emitter 100 Watts and Zoo Med Reptile Calcium with Vitamin D3, 8-Ounce

You can use regular light bulbs instead of the ceramic heat emitter. In my experience they have been too fragile.
