Just today I noticed Sheldon has a slight "whistle" on her exhale. I hadn't noticed it earlier in the day. I had her in a box while I was doing a partial water change. We had been outside basking and I hadn't heard anything but I started noticing this after we were in the house awhile. It seemed to be on each exhale. Her eyes and nostrils are clear. No open mouth breathing or anything. Her water temp is about 74. Is this normal? Is this very early signs of a problem? Should I bump up the tank temp? She was just at vet on Sat for follow-up deworming and they said everything was fine. If it is an infection can it come on that quickly? thanks

She is 491g and about 5.5 inches, maybe a bit longer. She doesn't look overweight to me but I don't know if that is or not. she doesn't seem to be doing it any more, in any case
