I was going to wait a while longer anyway, just to make sure he's doing really well and eating regularly and whatnot. But once he's back to being 100% healthy, you don't think the size difference would be an issue?

1 Dogs, 3 Cats, 2 Bettas, 1 African Dwarf Frog, multiple African Cichlids, and-finally-1 Pleco.

The difference between 7cm and 4 cm shouldn't be a problem if they're growing at the same rate.
