I am currently offering Gurgi 2 pellets, cuttlebone and one full leaf of red leaf lettuce every day.

From the previous posts, I think he looks good. He has plenty of growing/shedding to do, so his shell should even out more.

It will be interesting to see how his shell turns out as he matures. I am so glad I've taken so many pics... it is so neat to be able to look back at his growth.

I'd bet. Since he is still relatively young, you can chart his shell length and weight too.

Unfortunatley, I haven't done so. I can start now though :) Going to need to get a food scale - he doesn't seem to weigh a thing.

Yep, he looks good. i found in painted turtles their shell gets an almost like the start of pyramiding look but becomes smoother with every shed. All my painteds looked like that and then turn perfectly smooth.
