I use the python... They sell it at Wal-Mart and it is well worth the price.

This may be really funny to some, but I use a kerosine syphon to clean my tank. Of course I bought it new so that it didn't have anything on it! It's the kind that is made for the big jugs of kerosine and you can get them at Walmart for about 3 bucks. A lot cheaper than the python!

i just use a good ole siphon tube thing, like the one here https://secure.bigalsonline.com/shopcar ... new_cart=1

what i do is i have a 1-3 gallon bucket and i siphon water+dirt stuff into there from the tank and then i just pour that out!
