ive tried minnows,crickets,and most pellets but she just wont eat and its a baby so i dont want her to die plz help.

How long have you had her? How big is she and has she eaten before? Where did you get her?

Try zoo med hatching formula food. Thats what im feeding my babies. And Thats also what I fed my other 2 when they were young. How big is it and how long has it not eaten?

I actually found that Zoo Med hatchling formula totally useless, but it may work for you.

I got two hatchlings back in April, one took at least a week to start eating. I hear that recently born hatchlings may still be living off of their 'yoke'. Keep trying. Sometimes they just don't like being watched, so put food in the water with the turtle, leave it alone in private to eat, come back about an hour later and see if any of it is gone.

I fed 4 hatchlings on zoo med hatchilng food. Some will also prefer reptomin baby food.Also true dont watch them leave them alone to eat.

srry for the late post but thx everyone for the help unfortunately sapphire didnt make it she had soft shell syndrome too bad and she had swollen eyes for to long and died from starvation but i did get another turtle his name is bandit and he is one year old and very healthy he is 4 inches but i got him a 55 gallon tank to make him happy and a acrylic turtle dock with a 55 gallon filter and many water plants but he wont bask and i think its because i just got him a couple days ago but im not sure and he stays at the bottom of the tank and walks doesnt swim can anyone tell me y
