General Care Discussion :: White spot on the end of the shell. HELP!

There are ''white spots'' around the end of the shell and near his head. May i know what it is? I don't think it is a fungus because it don't look like fungus.
Please help! I have attach a link to a picture above.

Looks mostly like the older scutes BUT you will need to re-evaluate the diet as it looks like the turtle (probably a she) has grown too fast.
