Hi, it's been awhile since I came online. That is because My Myrtle has been doing fine.
My problem is that we just brought another baby turtle home and I am a little worried that she is not eating. I have the whole setup, I have everything that was suggested by all of you.
I am from Arizona so it is warm here now and I removed the heater for the summer. Myrtle doesn't seem to mind, it stays between 75 degrees in the evening and 80 during the day. I was wondering if I should put the heater back in for the "baby" turtle??
I put her/him by itself and tried to feed but still didn't eat. We have had Baby for five days. She swims fine, Myrtle likes her/him and doesn't bother it. She was a little lathargic for a couple of days but a lot more active now, just not eating. Do they scavange (sp) for food because I do see her down in the area where we drop the food for Myrtle??
