Taking care of your turtle's overall health.

Could someone do me a favor and post a close-up picture of their adult RES's eye? Al's eyes look kind of weird to me right now but I don't have any other turtle to make a comparison.

I can't tell if he is looking weird to me because he is getting so much blacker in color, or if something is wrong. Someone please help me and post a pic.

Thanks,

Priscilla

I've never purposefully taken close ups of the eyes but maybe these pics will help.

Thank you! I am still not sure... holding out for more pictures.

It just seems like I can see more of his eyeball than I used to be able to, but his eyes aren't bulging or anything like that.

He looks sad today but that might be my imagination.

Can you get any pics of his eyes?

Eyeball itself and not the pupil? The size of my RES's pupil can get quite small in bright light (and it looks like gold rings are around them). If it's the eyeball, is there a film at all? A pic would be helpful...

Yeah, I might be nuts, but it just looks like his eyes are opened wider than they used to be, like more eyeball is showing. BUt they aren't bulging. I will try toget a pic, right now I have to run to class.
